ATHENA D. VIGIL

Principal & Design Director

Athena D. Vigil has been designing exceptional interiors for over 35 years, and she will tell you without hesitation that the work only gets more fun.

As Principal and Design Director of Interiors Remembered, she leads a practice built on a single principle: that good design affects your overall quality of life – how you think, feel, and function. And that every client deserves a space that feels entirely theirs.

Her portfolio reflects both the breadth and the depth of that commitment. Athena has worked alongside some of the region’s finest luxury builders on projects spanning primary residences, guest retreats, vacation homes, commercial environments, and everything in between — across Arizona and well beyond it, including Newport Beach, Chicago, St. Louis, Canada, Mexico, and the prestigious Four Seasons vacation property on the Big Island of Hawaii. The geography may change however the commitment to design and her clients do not.

Athena’s perspective on design has earned her a platform well beyond her studio. She has been a featured guest on iHeart Radio’s Carol Royce show and spotlighted on Channel 3 news. Her ASID award-winning interiors have appeared in Martha Stewart Living and Sedona Home & Garden. So Scottsdale! named her a Top Designer to Watch in 2018 and again featured her in their 2024 Designing Scottsdale issue. Decorilla.com counts her among Scottsdale’s Top 10 Interior Designers.

Athena measures Interiors Remembered’s success not in awards or press, but in the client relationships that have helped define it for over three decades.

Interiors Remembered is based in Tempe, Arizona.
