I have used concierge services before but I didn’t fully understand what this service should be until I began working with the Interiors Remembered, Inc. staff. This past June, I had just purchased a townhouse in Tempe that was to be a vacation home for me. My permanent residence and job are in Iowa, and furnishing a home 1600 miles away was daunting…It was such a smooth process! I was consulted on color pallets and fabric swatches but putting it all together was totally left in the team’s hands. I didn’t have to go out for coffee or toilet paper and only needed to wander from room to room marveling at each new discovery. Besides shopping for blenders, sheets and Swifters, the services provided also included coordinating with landscapers and tv service providers. If you’ve never tried to coordinate a service call to a house where you aren’t currently living, you can’t realize how significant this service was.
I love my Tempe home and can’t wait for my next vacation! Even though the project is over, the Interior Remembered staff continues to be available to assist with whatever other issues might come up. Whether it’s assisting with regular cleaning services or recommending other service providers in the area, I know I have life-long friends I can reach out to.
